1.Need to make a suitable fixture first according to the product's shape .And the fixture is made of aluminum material.
2.Different kind of printing material has different stamping temperature

ABS material        180℃-210℃
P C material         180℃-210℃
PS  material        180℃-210℃
PVC material         190℃-210℃
P P material         190℃-220℃
P E material         240℃-260℃
Metal material       250℃-270℃
Ceramic material     250℃-270℃

3.The stamping pressure is different also,need to confirm  according to product's material
In a word,if want to get the best stamping effect,need to make the most precise fixture and adjust most suitable stamping temperature and pressure.
In order to guarantee the products' quality,we process in the clean room and the products will have three time quality checking.Only after the products are perfect then will start delivery.
