What's the usual temperature for heat transfer printing? Any influence to the printing material?
Different material requires different stamping temperature. ABS material 180℃-210℃ P C material 180℃-210℃ PS material 180℃-210℃ PVC material 190℃-210℃ P P material 190℃-220℃ P E material 240℃-260℃ Metal material 250℃-270℃ Ceramic material 250℃-270℃ Such as the plastic, stamping temperature of hard plastic(ABS,Acrylic) is about 20℃ lower than soft plastic(PP,PE).(thermometer gauges the temperature of the rubber roller, the surface of the roller is about 90℃-120℃).And the temperature for PVC material is lower(about 60℃-80℃).As there is the heat proof film between the heat and the printing stock ,and the printing time is not so long(rubber roller is 1cm/0.5-1 second, roller directly press is 1-4second/time),it will not make the printing stock be out of shape generally. However,if the printing stock is the soft plastic less than thickness 0.5mm,it will be a little out of shape.
