Heat transfer printing will make the adhesive melted by heating,transferring the ink from the heat transfer film to the surface of plastic,metal and wooden products.It has become the special technical craft with excellent decoration effect,which is one of the most widely use processing technology.Heat Transfer Printing is also the main trend of printing for its cheap price,rich color,stable quality and simple procedure.
Heat transfer film is made from PET base film,release layer,ink layer and glue layer.In the transferring process,PET base will be separated when heating,and both ink layer and glue layer will be transferred to the surface of printing stock.
In the stamping process,different environment,technical craft and material will have some influence on the products' final quality.Therefore,below will have some explanation for the common problem in the stamping process.
Bad adhesion is one of the most common problem in heat transfer printing.It has a close relation with the stamping temperature,stamping pressure,ink formulation,surface properties of printing stock and the choice of glue layer.
Main reason and the solution:
1.Unstable adhesive force because of low temperature and pressure or over stamping speed,can readjust the stamping temperature,pressure and speed.
2.If the surface of printing stock with wax material(such as reducer,glossy varnish),it may affect the glue layer whether can stick well on the product's surface.
3.The improper size of heat transfer film also will make directly influence on the stamping adhesion.It requires compositive consideration according to the stamping area and the material of the printing stock.
