EVA is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, in general,vinyl acetate(VA) hold 5%~40% content.As EVA bring in vinyl acetate monomer,so it reduced high degree of crystallinity,improve suppleness,impact resistance, materials intermiscibility and heat sealing property,is widly used in foaming shoe materials,functional shed plastic film,packing film,hot melt adhesive,electric wire and toys.
EVA has low melting point in the temperature of 80℃~120℃.Usual,release layer in the heat transfer film need above160℃temperature to apart.So,EVA heat transfer film need a special low temperature glue.Our YiXin brand EVA heat transfer film is adopt with special oil,special release glue and special CP base film to print all picture on the surface of EVA product perfectly.
