Aeon Printing Materials Co.,Ltd was established in 1999,we have much experience in heat transfer printing area.Here is an example of us in our developing ways.It's the first time Aeon Printing Material Co,.Ltd get the business of PVC watch band. However ,a strange thing happened, our staff found the thermal transfer pattern fall off by itself, as our technology and experience was only little at that time, we can't get the idea to solve. Then our technologists checked their adhesive force and found the PVC watch band sent out something like oil these days, it dilute the ink and let it fall off..
After we take some experiment research in many angles and found this oil is release layer which formationed by the release agent on the surface of the model when injection molding, its purpose was to devided them apart from each other.Its second function is consider to quality,style,possible of cleaning and coating.At the last,we need the methods to solve this problem.Before doing heat transfer printing,,we can wash off the release agent by treating agent,after repeating tests by solvents,we found that it has a good effect after deal by thinner.So Aeon Printing Materials Co.,Ltd got the knowledge of transfer can also helped by other medio after this event.
