Because of the original of heat transfer printing industry is late,the producing technology still need develop because it is not mature,when we choose and use this silicone plate,we will the following problems,let me analysis them for you.
The existing silicone stamping plate has a hardness above HS60,the usual one is HS85±5.If the silicone layer's hardness is too low,and base on the high temperature and high pressure,it makes the insufficient of plate surface to alumite and this will influenced heat printing effect.So,we choose the HS80 hardness silicone layer in general condition.
With the improving hardness of silicone layer,influenced the rebound resilience.The stamping effect can influenced by rebound resilience directly,if it has a bad rebound resilience,will cause the pattern edges extend and paste unfirm.So we need notice a good rebound resilience of it when we choose silicone stamping plate.
In order to facilitate install silicone stamping plate to electric hot plate,the aluminum plate usual choose thickness in 1~3mm one for the silicone stamping plate as basic layer.The paste strength of silicone layer and aluminum plate has a close connect to the shelf life of silicone stamping plate.,if the paste strength is weak,the plate may be break under the high temperature and high pressure.So we should choose a strong paste strength one.
