In Mold Labeling

Before,some clients asked us if we have In Mold Label.Now,I'll show the merits and defects of the in mold labeling,we called it IML.

IML is printing,but it is different from other packing style of direct screen printing,heat shrinkable label and the non-drying label.It is popular in Europe,then after our study about 2~3 years,we also start this application.

IML usually used in the products in PP/PE/PET materials.Before blow and injection molding,put the in mold label into blow and injection cavity,when it working,after the high temperature and high pressure,the special glue of the label fusion and then fusion into an organic with the bottle or the molding.When the mold opened,a beautiful bottle or mold finished printing.Aeon Printing Materials Co.,Ltd mainly produces heat transfer film,in mold label,decorate material membrane and heat transfer machine.And the brand of YiXin is also famous in China.
