Heat transfer film has its own features,if you want get an ideal printing effect,you must pay attention to the temperature,pressure and speed.Here is a standard for these three factors as following:
1.Ensure of temperature::It can't print patterns on products or not fastness if the temperature is too low,this will cause product clutter.Too high the temperature is,the color layer may be oxidation,this will cause the product tarnish or blister.The best temperature for printing is decide by pressure,speed,area and room temperature.The area of temperature for printing plastic is 180℃—240℃,after decide the best printing temperature,should keep it and control the temperature difference in ±2℃.
2.Ensure of pressure:Heat transfer printing pressure is 4~6kg/cm2..If the pressure is too weak,it can't adhesive heat transfer film and printing stock together,lower the adhesive force;if the temperature is too strong,it will compressive printing stock and deformation increased,patterns information and oil layer attenuation.If printing on complex surface products,we should pay attention to make each pression point as the same,higher the pression angle of silica and printing stock.Or,it is easy to see just fastness part of the products,another parts not.This means when we take off the PET base film,the pattern color also fall off.
3.Ensure of speed:It is decide by the printing area,and we need take power of heating temperature into consideration.Usually,at first we confirm speed,then confirm pressure,at last the temperature.All of them are helpful to each other,so we need to adjust them more precise if we want to earn a better result.
