Heat transfer printing is a special printing technology,it has a simple work principle.It transfer printing the pattern to the product from the film by heating up and pressing up.However,to improve the product quality and production efficiency,need pay attention to the following points:
1.Keeping clean:
a.Keeping clean of workbench,guide roller,button and other components for the machine,no stick with oil or other dirty thing
b.Keeping clean of heat transfer film,no stick with oil,finger print,dust and so on.
c.Keeping clean of rubber head,no stick with dirty and coke button.
d.Keeping clean of operator's hands,no stick with sweat,oil,in case of stick to products or heat transfer printing films.
e.Keeping clean of printing stock,no stick with dust,oil and so on.

2.Printing temperature::Because the heat transfer printing machine,heat transfer printing film and printing product are different,the printing temperature is also different.However,don't chase the higher/lower temperature is and the printing better,we decide the printing temperature on base of the after printing effect.

3.Printing pressure:The printing pressure should adjusted to a proper temperature,or too high will to damage rubber head and printing product,too low will influence printing effect.After adjust a proper temperature and then lock it,in case of changing during producing.

4.Printing  time(speed):The printing time(speed) is decide by the actual printing product.Under the condition of same effect,faster speed it is and higher efficiency it is,but some special products need slow speed in heat transfer printing.
