Making Process of Heat Transfer Printing
1.Making the design in high resolution (3000000 plxel )
2.Making the gravure electric carving plate according to the size of design (copperplate)
3.Put the gravure plate on the printing equipment to print the design on the PET film,which is heat transfer printing film.It can print 80 meter of design in one minute.
4.After printing the design on the PET film,need to put the heat transfer printing film on the heat transfer printing machine to transfer the design on the products.It's easy to handle the working process and the design will be finished in one time.
