Heat transfer film is a special printing functional film with patterns or words, on the same affection of temperature and pressure,the film will fall out with base layer.

Heat trasnsfer film always consist of 3~4 layers.3 layers are consist of carrier layer,oil layer and glue layer.Four layers are contain carrier layer,base layer,oil layer and glue layer.

Procedure of Films Production

1. Design ( artwork )	We will creat a new design for you, or refine you design.

2.Confirm design & order	We will do all needful work till you confirm the design & order.

3.Plate making(Cylinders)	It takes 3~5 days

4.Print films	Print in big rolls →drying → cut into small rolls →quality check. It takes about 2 days

5.Packing	Polybag + carton

6.Delivery	By sea / by air → depends on customer's request.

7.Term of payment	T/T ( Plate making fee & 30% of film value as deposit, balance 70% pay before delivery ).
