Skateboard is a kind of usual toy to children,it main made of ABS and PC plastic. It may boring if there is no paint on it and looks normal,have no feature. So factories always print some beautiful photos on their skateboard to attract customers' attention.Before, most of factories uses normal ink to print, it's not environmental. When children play with skateboard ,they may eat some toxi substance if it fades color.It not wear-resisting,either. However, it will get a high cost if we use silk, so heat transfer film is the better choose for you.           

  

Procedure

1. Design (Artwork)
We will creat a new design for you, or refine you design.
2. Confirm the design & order
We will do all needful work till you confirm the design & order.
3. Plate making(cylinders)
It takes about4~7 days
4. Print the film
Print in big rolls ---drying--- cut into small rolls---quality check
It takes about 3 days
Glitter(Laser) film needs 5 days more for aluminzing
5. Packaging
Polybag+drying agent+carton
6. Delivery
By sea / by air, it's up to you
7. Payment
Plate making fee & 30% film pay in advance; 70% pay before delivery.
