Heat transfer printing is a new printing technology,it was about 10 years after it incoming aboard.Heat transfer printing for umbrella handle is consist of three parts as heat transfer plate making,heat transfer film printing and heat transfer printing process.

Heat transfer plate making,after we got the client's design,we then divide the color and print the digit color draft for client to confirm the color,words and patterns,if all are okay,we will give it to QC department,if passed the quality check,we then do the following steps:

1.Cutting the ironsheet  2.Rolling the plate  3.Cutting the plate cover  4.Electric soldering  5.Plate grading  6.Polishing  7.Grinding  8.Copper plating  9.Polishing  10.Putting into the electric carved machine  11.Chrome plating  12.Polishing  13.Making a sample(For confirm the effect of pattern and word)   14.Finishing quality check and then put into printing machine.

Making Methods of heat transfer film:Cutting a big PET film into small pieces in the same size as the electric carved plate,then coating the release layer by the glue coating machine,after it drying and put it on the heat transfer printing equipment.
